About me

I have a passion for empowering individuals, families, communities, and groups through my roles as an evaluator, analyst, writer, mediator, trainer, and supervisor.

Trained as a qualified neutral mediator for Rule 114 family and community mediation cases, I have both the skill set and professional background necessary to provide neutral mediation services that enable parents to settle disputes and put children in the center of decision-making.

In my supervision practice, I provide high-quality non-clinical individual and group supervision for social work licensure to professionals across sectors and settings, to support their learning and professional development needs and help connect social work values and skills to practice effectively with clients, whether they be individuals, groups, communities, or systems.

My practice has centered on macro-level systems change, and I use that lens to listen, advise, and support all who work with me to think beyond their current situation or needs to focus broadly on skill development and long-range planning.
